The following instructions are for non-warranty related returns.
Items Not Eligible for Return
All products sold at discounted prices via clearance sales, published discount, or with a Promo Code. Includes Special Sale Items, and Discontinued Items.
You, the original purchaser have 30 calendar days to decide to return an item from the date received.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Mirrors need to be returned with the plastic filament still intact, along with any additinal plastic stickers, covering or tape that were included to keep the item scratch free.

We, in turn, will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on shipping the product back to us. Aftermarket Truck Parts cannot accept returns that do not have an RMA number, as the RMA number is is used to track, inspect, and refund the return.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Original shipping costs for seats are nonrefundable.
It is recommended that you take photos of the item to be returned prior to packaging and the package itself once it is labeled and ready for shipping and insure the package for the cost of the product.
Products returned in damaged condition, or damaged during shipment are not eligible for refund, and you will need to make a claim with your freight carrier.
Once your returned item is received, we will notify you of its receipt. We will then inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund within 10 calendar days of its receipt.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, minus the 25% restocking fee.
You will receive the credit from us within 14 calendar days of your return’s approval. When that amount will be posted to your account is dependent upon your card issuer's policies.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Please inspect all received packages for damage before accepting delivery. Aftermarket Truck Parts.com cannot be responsible for packages accepted in damaged condition.
If packaging is damaged, please take pictures of the package and note damage on the receipt.
If packaging is in good condition but the internal product is damaged, please take pictures of the product and contact customer service for further instructions.
