Freight Policy for Bostrom, National Products

Seat Orders - Freight Policy

Orders of 8 (eight) seats will ship prepaid freight.  The orders may be mixed or matched and comprised of National, Bostrom and Bostrom+Serta mattresses.

Orders of more than 8 (eight) seats must be placed in multiples of 4 (four) to be shipped Prepaid Freight. Orders not meeting this requirement will be subject to freight surcharges as identified in the chart below.

Service Part Orders - Freight Policy

Service Parts will be shipped Pre-paid Freight unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions

All sales of Service Parts and Mattresses are final.

Sales of Seats are final unless agreed to by CVG’s customer service rep and returned in new and reusable condition.

Freight Charges are the responsibility of the shipper. CVG will not accept COD shipments.
